Inventory Coordinator Job Duties

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Performing regular inventory checks and maintaining a record of the same
- Crating in system PR and updating repords
- Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining inventory reports
- Checking and processing purchase invoices
- Examining if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition
- Coordinate with purchasing department if any clarification in invoice and PO.

**Skills And Qualifications**
- 1-3 years in Inventory coordination, Inventory support, or warehouse executive role.
- Good communication skills.
- Advance Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- A team player and able to work collaboratively
