**A** **Snapshot of Your Day**:
As an Electrical Engineer for O&M Site/ Field Services, you will be involved in leading the Operation and Maintenance team 24 x 7, providing 100% availability of machinery without process interruptions, your day will involve working on meaningful projects related to the operation and maintenance of reciprocating compressors at any site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and reliable performance of electrical systems for these Compressors, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of operations for both our team and our customers. You have to travel for execution of Field Service Job as per requirement. You can expect to work in a collaborative team culture that values technical excellence, safety, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
**How** **You’ll** **Make** **an** **Impact**:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance activities on electrical systems for reciprocating compressors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Daily Progress Reports preparation and circulating within team, Job related Safety documentation required for Job.
- Identification of hazards and risk involved in day-to-day activities and assessing control measures for a safe working environment.
- Communication with Client, Contractors, Workmen regarding all activities done at site and preparing required documentation.
- Compiling all guidelines and inspection required for work performed at site and maintaining records.
- Responsible to ensure the availability of all compressor packages for operation.
- Continues vigilant on Operation of Compressors and immediate action on Predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Condition monitoring of equipment, maintaining records as per SE guidelines and Contractual requirements.
- To operate and maintain various types, rating, model motors.
- To carry out routine and periodical maintenance of all HP and LP motors.
- To carry out routine maintenance of 11 KV, 6.6 KV, 440 V and 230 V volt MCC panels.
- To carry out routine and periodical checking of HT & LT circuit breakers, contactors. Regular servicing of HT and LT.
- To check earthing conditions regularly and earth resistance at periodical intervals and to be recorded.
- To carry out routine and periodical checking and maintenance of Power Transformers, NGR and lighting transformers.
- To carry out routine and periodical check and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor FLP/Non FLP fixtures and their accessories.
- To upkeep sub-station-1 and substation-2 including PCC/MCC rooms of plant in neat and clean manner.
- To carry out regular checking of all the transformers, silica gel condition, abnormal humming sound, dust and dirt etc. and to take subsequent corrective action.
- Periodic calibration checking of measuring instruments. Record is to be kept ready for inspection.
- Earth resistance shall be maintaining as per OISD 137, IER, CEA etc. regulations.
- To check regularly all the HT and LT cables for abnormal heating, mechanical damage, insulation resistance.
- To check and maintain the battery banks and chargers regularly and periodically. To check and to maintain distilled water level, specific gravity, cell voltage, physical condition of the battery terminals and battery overheating etc. & to take corrective action subsequently with record.
- Internal auditing of Tools, consumables, PPEs, and documentation.
- Uploading all documentations related to site in SE internal servers.
**What You Bring**:
- Minimum Qualification: B. E/ B.Tech / Electrical Engineering with supervisor certificate.
- Minimum 5 Year working experience in O&M of Gas plants. At least 02 years of experience in operation and maintenance of electrical systems/ substation.
- Having good soft skills (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
- Basic Knowledge about EHS practice at Oil and Gas field.
- Flexible for relocation and traveling, must have Telugu Language speaking skill.
