**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales or business development, with at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar role within the product engineering or technology industry. Freshers with strong enthusiasm are also welcome
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering solutions and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
