Job Title: Backoffice Work Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of client transactions, account information, and other investment-related data
- Prepare and distribute reports on a regular basis, including performance reports and client statements
- Monitor and process client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on investment products and services
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client account paperwork and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all client requests and transactions
- Manage and maintain client data in various systems, including CRM and portfolio management software
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the investment team as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
- Manage social media channels
- Create and curate content for social media channels
- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers and drive website traffic
- Monitor social media channels for feedback and customer queries
- Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare reports for management

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
