Design and produce creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including websites, social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts, ideas, and strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and engage the target audience.

Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and coherence across different platforms and marketing channels.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of the curve.

Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary specifications and assets for printing or digital publishing.

Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure high-quality production and delivery of design materials.

Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.

Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating proficiency in various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Experience designing for both digital and print platforms, with a strong understanding of file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements.

Proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs while adhering to project requirements and timelines.

Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and techniques and integrate them into design work effectively.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,478.47 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
