Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals.
- Conduct in-depth data exploration and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- **Dashboard Development**
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Create executive-level reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
- **Data Visualization**:

- Utilize best practices in data visualization to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Implement storytelling techniques to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends in data visualization and incorporate innovative approaches into reporting.
- **Data Integration and Transformation**:

- Work with various data sources to integrate and transform data for analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data from multiple systems into Tableau and Power BI platforms.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance.

Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on financial data within the NBFC domain.

Strong proficiency in Tableau, MS SQL and Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to create complex dashboards and reports.

Solid understanding of data integration, transformation, and data warehousing concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
