Club Executive

**What this job involves**:
Leading daily Club Activities
What we’re looking for is an expert who can effectively operate premium club house and streamline processes/ bookings. Reporting to the property manager, you’ll ensure the club activities and amenities are in good shape at all times by coordinating with several departments like electromechanical, housekeeping, etc.

Perform related duties as maybe assigned at the club house. Responsible for Upkeep of the club house area. Ensures that all the facilities and activities pertaining to club house operates and runs properly and to its maximum efficient level.

In line with this, you’ll tag each request/ booking/ membership with unique identity numbers and track the amenity usage and its respective collections wherever applicable. You’ll also follow up on the progress of repairs and rectification of several amenities by coordinating with respective assignees and service associates.

Yielding can-do results
You will be the go-to person for all facilities bookings, so you’ll need to be a pro in using the amenity management system or any other software as maybe available at the property to register all tenants and guests. You will also assist the management team on the day-to-day operations.

Be the charm of the property and conduct engagement events on different occasions. You’ll initiate and coordinate with service associates for the same and gain positive feedbacks. You shall have to frontend communications with various customer, and it is important to have excellent people skills.

Performing other ad hoc tasks
As an expert in the field, you must be flexible in taking other responsibilities aside from your core tasks. Part of your mandate is to contribute to the monthly management report for our clients. Likewise, you’ll work closely with property manager in assisting clients regarding the protocols of interior works and other services.

Likewise, you’ll be working side-by-side and provide support to the Customer Relations, Helpdesk and Softservices team (housekeeping, horticulture, pest services, club facilities, other amenities, etc.) in handling our customers, service associates and developing operational procedures. Ensuring workplace safety is also within your scope. To do this, you’ll actively participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks. You’ll also participate in emergency evacuation procedures as needed.

Proven industry experience
Are you a degree holder with two to five years’ experience in club facilities management? Do you have a solid background in Softservices operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety? Are you IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet?
