**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive at GOSTACK VENTURES LLP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout their travel journey. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, providing travel information, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel experiences.
Build rapport and develop a deep understanding of clients' travel preferences, needs, and expectations.
**Travel Planning and Coordination**:
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences, tailoring travel itineraries accordingly.
Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel packages.
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable options, ensuring their travel plans align with their desires.
**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with relevant departments to find appropriate solutions and ensure clients' satisfaction is maintained.
**Upselling and Cross-Selling**:
Identify opportunities to enhance clients' travel experiences by suggesting additional services, upgrades, or special packages.
Promote seasonal offers and promotions to encourage clients to explore new destinations and experiences.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, preferences, and communication records in the agency's database.
Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
**Client Feedback**:
Collect feedback from clients about their travel experiences and the services provided.
Use feedback to continually improve the agency's offerings and service quality.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
