Job Title: HR Specialist/Manager (IT Company)

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, review job descriptions, and ensure alignment with company needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance talent pipeline.

2. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of employee retention strategies to enhance employee loyalty and commitment.

3. Performance Management:

- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Advise and coach managers on performance-related matters, including providing feedback, addressing performance gaps, and recognizing achievements.
- Collaborate with managers to develop individual development plans and career paths for employees.

4. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and design/implement relevant learning and development programs.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on topics such as onboarding, compliance, leadership, and technical skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of a learning culture by promoting knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.

5. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment based on respect, integrity, and open communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (1 years) in HR management, preferably in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and proven success in attracting top IT talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
