We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at an Immigration office. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors are welcomed with a positive and professional demeanor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, handling deliveries, and maintaining the reception area
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
