**Aufgaben**:
**UX Designer
Mercedes-Benz Research and Development (MBRDI) - After Sales Department is looking for talented and driven UX designers who would be responsible for defining the user experience across digital products ranging from websites, responsive mobile sites, native apps etc. The designer should leverage their understanding of the user’s mental models and functional needs to create seamless and delightful experiences for the user.

**Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Product, Development and Business to understand requirements, constraints and build a seamless user experience

2. Plan and conduct workshops, research, interviews to understand the user needs, business requirements, test solutions and iterate accordingly

3. Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization, which drives product execution

4. Audit existing products and identify gaps and provide solutions to improve the experience

5. Working on end-to-end design deliverables from sitemaps, wireframes to high-fidelity visual designs

6. Present and communicate design decisions, solutions to stakeholders

7. Test and evaluate the overall product to maintain the defined design standards and guidelines

**Must Have
1. Between 4-6 years of experience as either a Product designer, UI/UX designer, User Experience designer etc.

2. Proficiency in Figma (tool) and working with Design Systems to scale design layouts and components

3. Experience conducting or facilitating Design Thinking workshops or other Discovery workshops to understand and define requirements

4. Exceptional communication skills

5. A portfolio of work demonstrating design expertise and contributions
