Job Purpose

**Job Description**:

- Lead the daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Provide coaching on agile practices and Scrum to team members, including the BAs, developers, and QA professionals, to enhance their understanding and execution of the Scrum framework.
- Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and that backlog items are well-defined and estimated.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their automation needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and create process documentation.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and other IT staff to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RPA solutions, providing insights for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
- Guide the organization in adopting Agile methodologies for RPA projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks using Azure DevOps

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably in RPA or related field.
- Proven experience in driving RPA initiatives, particularly with UiPath.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management principles.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Job Specification
- UiPath certification.
- Experience in Lean, Kanban or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of additional RPA tools and technologies.
