We are looking for an IT Recruitment Coordinator to manage the recruitment needs of our potential clients. The person should be Graduated professional with experience in recruitment and hiring process and Client management. Priority will be given for professionals with good communication and interaction skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- First point of contact with the client and act as a liaison between the client and company initiating the smooth delivery
- Basic IT know how
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
