- Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
- Prospecting, identifying new opportunities and leads, pitching particularly Educational institutions and generating new business, and sales for the Company.
- Proven sales skills as an ability to upsell and cross-sell
- Negotiating and closing the leads within a stipulated time frame.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success

- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Knowledge of the IT industry and software training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
