As an Atal Tinkering Lab incharge or instructor, your role is to facilitate and guide students in the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) setup. ATLs are dedicated spaces in schools where students can gain hands-on experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Here are some key responsibilities of an ATL incharge or instructor:
1. Lab Management: You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the Atal Tinkering Lab. This includes ensuring that all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are available and in working order.

2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with school staff and educators to develop a curriculum that aligns with the objectives of the ATL program. This curriculum should incorporate project-based learning, design thinking, and innovation concepts.

3. Facilitate Learning: Guide and mentor students in exploring various STEM concepts and technologies. Encourage hands-on learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. Assist them in developing prototypes and working models.

4. Conduct Workshops and Training: Organize workshops and training sessions for students to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as robotics, coding, electronics, 3D printing, and other emerging technologies.

5. Collaboration and Networking: Foster partnerships with local industries, research organizations, and experts in relevant fields to provide students with real-world exposure and opportunities. Encourage students to participate in competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions.

6. Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the ATL program. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to both students and school administration.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain records of student projects, achievements, and participation in various activities. Prepare reports as required by the school or program administrators.

8. Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed in the ATL. Provide necessary training to students on handling equipment and materials safely.

9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM education and related fields. Participate in professional development programs, attend seminars, and engage in online communities to enhance your own knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
