6) Job Description:
IPO Planning and Coordination:

- Work closely with senior management, legal advisors, and underwriters to plan and

coordinate all company secretarial activities related to the IPO process.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive timeline outlining key milestones and deadlines

for regulatory filings and disclosures.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws, regulations, and stock exchange

requirements throughout the IPO process.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including the prospectus and other necessary

documents, in a timely and accurate manner.

Communication with Regulatory Bodies:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and other

relevant authorities during the IPO process.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information from regulatory agencies.

Board and Shareholder Relations:

- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and documentation related to the IPO,

ensuring accurate and timely communication with the board of directors.
- Coordinate with shareholders to facilitate their participation in the IPO and address any

related concerns.
