Sampling Co-ordinator

**Manage the sampling department, including supervising sampling technicians and coordinators.**
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to understand customer requirements and develop sampling plans accordingly.
- Oversee the creation of sample prototypes, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor the sampling schedule to ensure timely completion of samples and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on sampling progress and address any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to source materials and trims needed for sampling activities.
- Conduct quality checks on samples to identify any defects or issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sampling activities, including sample approvals, rejections, and modifications.
- Train and mentor sampling technicians to improve their skills and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in têxtile technology to enhance sampling processes and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
