Pre Primary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum for the pre-primary program, ensuring alignment with national or state early childhood education standards.
- Supervise and support pre-primary teachers and staff, providing guidance on curriculum implementation, classroom management, and instructional strategies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to pre-primary teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and organize age-appropriate activities, lessons, and learning centers that promote holistic development in areas such as cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pre-primary students by maintaining a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment and implementing health and safety protocols.
- Establish positive relationships with parents/guardians, providing regular communication about their child's progress, activities, and developmental milestones, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Coordinate and participate in parent-teacher conferences, orientations, and other events to facilitate family involvement in their child's education and build a strong school-home partnership.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team and other coordinators to integrate pre-primary programming with the overall school curriculum and goals, ensuring continuity and coherence across grade levels.
- Plan and organize special events, celebrations, and field trips for pre-primary students to enrich their learning experiences and foster a sense of community.
- Stay current with research and best practices in early childhood education, attending professional development opportunities and workshops, and incorporating new insights into curriculum and teaching practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies for young children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children.
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
