A Head of Digital Marketing should have solid knowledge, expertise & success in the measurement of marketing campaigns. Proven track record and working experience as a Digital Marketing. Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box. Proven ability to implement brand and marketing strategies. Experience with digital social campaigns. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Budget
- management skills and proficiency a must. Ability to use analytical skills to identify challenges opportunities as it relates to products, category changes, competitive threats and changes in sales in the marketplace.

**Job Responsibility**
- Analysing business performance and marketing channels on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis across all consumer touch points. Use this data insight and analysis to make quick and sound decisions to optimise performance, across every country.
- Drive global strategy and execution of top of funnel campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition
- Be fully accountable for achieving set KPIs: Website traffic store traffic, new customer acquisition, ROAS, CPA within budget
- Create the retention strategy across all markets across CRM and SMS. Guide the execution, analysis and regular reporting, owned by the CRM Manager
- Manage and update the marketing calendar across all marketing channels and activity.
- Produce marketing overview pre launch and marketing wrap-up reports post campaign, sharing insight, visibility and learning’s to the wider company
- Manage consistency of brand tone of voice across all communications and sales channel**Requirements**:

- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Brand Marketing experience preferable, but expertise will be in Digital Marketing
- Leadership experience across a range of management
- Track record of exceptional results across all levels of the marketing funnel
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in all digital marketing channels (Google Shopping, Google Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing and SEO)
- Experience in managing a digital marketing team in a B2C context, ideally in Home, fashion or lifestyle
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, web technology and advancing technology
- Knowledge of Sales force Marketing Cloud will be added advantage
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, organised, and excited about what we can achieve together.

**Salary**: ₹9,937.19 - ₹27,829.71 per month
