Shift Position: Jr. BDE

Experience Level: 0 - 6 months

Job Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid & Ready for US Shifts and Holidays

Working Days: 5 days

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Should have Outbound sales outreach Experience/knowledge.
- Should have knowledge on outreach methods - including social media, LinkedIn and others.
- Should have knowhow on IT services company working.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Identifying potential weakness and offering improvement suggestions.
- Creating daily and weekly sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Generate leads in the form of meetings or calls set up with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets.
- Record and maintain prospect and client contact information in the tools as it relates to account acquisition and development.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in marketing & IT graduates preferred.
- Able to do the regular follow-ups and take accountability to achieve the targets.
- Build Strategic relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
