**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Provide assistance during client meetings and presentations.

**Executive Assistance**:

- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, executive, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities and projects.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or executive assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
