**Full job description**

G-TEC Computer Education, a global leader in IT education, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated faculty members for our Logistics and Supply Chain Management department in Kannur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to teach, mentor students, conduct research, and actively contribute to curriculum development. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on various topics related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.
- Assist in curriculum design and the development of new courses.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Engage in professional development and continuously enhance teaching methodologies.
- Assist in organizing guest lectures, workshops, and other academic events.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty and staff members.
- Fresher’s with relevant academic qualifications and a keen interest in teaching are also encouraged to apply.

- Familiarity with current trends and challenges in supply chain management.
- Ability to integrate practical case studies and real-world scenarios into lessons.
