Synus Tech is currently hiring for the position of Java Developer. As a part of a well-established team, you will contribute your expertise in software development, system support services, and various technical skills to support the division's growing automation initiatives.

The Impact of a Software Developer Associate
- Supports every stage of the software development lifecycle.
- Executes software updates, refinements, testing, and debugging.
- Generates reports regarding software project specifications, activities, or status.
- Aids in documenting software or systems to facilitate future maintenance and updates.

Job responsibilities:

- Contribute to solving complex and technical challenges aimed at enhancing engineering efficiency.
- Design, construct, and implement tools to expedite the build, testing, release, and deployment processes.
- Possess strong motivation, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, humility, a team-first attitude, and the ability to execute tasks promptly.
- Take the lead in driving technical decisions and initiatives for the team.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and the capacity to think creatively when troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams and technology leads, fostering coordination across organizational boundaries and geographical locations.
- Keep up with the latest technologies and trends through continuous research.
- Provide mentorship to team members and uphold engineering excellence.
- Daily responsibilities include being actively involved in hands-on work (70%) and collaborating with the team (30%).
