What this job involves -Executive, STPI-SEZ Compliance.
- Role Purpose
Coordination with BU/Supplier for STPI and SEZ import/DTA for timely shipment clearance and ensure no demurrage incurred.
Maintain proper records of import, local procurement of Goods and Services under Exemption for STPI and SEZ.
Complete the Re-warehousing formalities of Duty-free goods on time.
Raising TT for A1 payment of USD supplies and maintain tracker.
Coordination for shifting / inter-unit Unit Transfer of capital goods.
Coordinating for End of Life/Bulk Debonding of capital goods.
Execution of BLUT and B-17 and maintaining balance for STPI and SEZ units.
Destruction of capital goods from STPI units.
Scrap / Debris removal from SEZ and STPI locations.
Space surrender of Bonded area with STPI & Customs authorities.
Support in obtaining approval for new SEZ/STPI unit registration.
Monitoring the timely renewal of STPI and SEZ licenses
Preparing compliance report (MBR/Form-A, manual QPR).
Arranging SEZ approval for repair/return of material.
Arranging SEZ approval for BCP asset movement and keeping track and reconciliation of return assets.
Arranging SEZ outward approval for Non-bonded material.
Validating CHA services Invoice and process with the AP team, and keep the PO tracker up to date.
Supporting for filling of Softex/MPR/SERF with SEZ and STPI authorities.
Monitoring the timely payment of the SEZ unit's AMC
Track on SEZ /STPI policy.
Downloading details for service invoice supplies for SEZ endorsement.
Attending regular trainings and meetings for skill development

Desired skills and experience for this job
A Bachelor's degree (ideally in one of the following accounting; engineering; finance or economics; IT; law; management or business studies; mathematics; risk management; science or statistics).
Minimum of six years of asset management experience in any industry.
Subject-matter-expert in Special Economic Zone and Software Technology Park of India.
Experience of engaging with and earning the trust of key stakeholders at all levels.
Strong awareness and understanding of management principles and procedures, as well as the wider business and economic context.
Well-organized and structured approach to managing a complex workload.
Able to own, drive and deliver results.
Pragmatic and logical problem solver. Ability to Dive Deep to analyze complex problems, resolve issues and recommend solutions based on root-cause analysis.
Collaborative team player able to help establish a culture of openness and excellence in data governance.
Creative thinker, driving change and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Numerical skills and commercial awareness.
Flexible and enjoys dynamic working environment.
