**Summary**

We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainers to join our team. In this role, you'll guide new and existing members, create a welcoming environment, and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals. Successful trainers will have a strong understanding of exercise principles, a commitment to safety, and a desire to help others transform their health.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Engagement**:

- Actively interact with potential members, providing tours of the gym and explaining the value of our services.
- Motivate clients to try new classes, personal training options, and other supplementary offerings (e.g., diet counseling, sauna).
- Develop rapport with members, understanding their fitness needs and goals.

**Training Expertise**:

- Assist members with general workout questions and offer exercise modifications as needed.
- Ensure clients are using equipment correctly and promote safe training practices.
- Offer guidance and encouragement to members throughout the gym.

**Gym Environment**
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe gym environment by assisting with equipment cleaning and organization.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

**Personal Training (Progression)**:

- After trainer has proven themselves, they will be eligible to conduct personal training sessions.
- Actively promote personal training to enhance client results and generate additional revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate, support, and build positive relationships with clients.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe gym space.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales or upselling.
- Specialized certifications (strength and conditioning, group fitness, etc.)
- Atleast 2 years of experience in training

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
