Assist the Hygiene & HACCP Manager with the day-to-day requirements in the organization.
- Be in charge of upholding the highest standards for food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food safety protocols that are being followed while working mostly in production areas.
- Problem-solving as relates to food and safety issues.
- To Conduct and document food safety inspections, and then report any abnormalities and implement the necessary corrective measures.
- Should be responsible for all raw and processed food product quality and safety inspections.
- Verify any results relating to food safety and/or quality issues and inform the appropriate departments.
- Report and assist with correcting any unsanitary conditions in food preparation and food storage/receiving area.
- Report any kitchen tools, surfaces, or equipment that needs upkeep or replacement.
- Ensures that any risks, real or potential, are disclosed and swiftly addressed.
- Ensures that emergency protocols are put into practice and followed to ensure the security and safety of customers and staff.
- Ensures that staff members operate equipment safely so as not to endanger or hurt themselves or others.
- Abides by current laws and regulations as well as hotel policies.
- Ensures that all departmental personnel maintains the highest standards of conduct, clothing, appearance, and conduct, including personal cleanliness.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
