**JOB TITLE**:
Field Executive - Livelihood Generation Program

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. The incumbent would be responsible for leading and growing Corporate Sales for

Rajasthan. (Geography may get extended, based on the individual’s capabilities)

2. Achieve sales targets and creating growth by successfully managing the sales team, working across all the broad segments of Corporate Sales.

3. Strategizing and guiding the team in acquiring new B2B customers and converting them and ensuring the regular business from them.

4. Establishing sales opportunities (Doctor's Consultation on digital platform and allied services/ Client offerings) by networking, building relationships, establishing needs, conducting demonstrations and closing deals.

5. Join the team members for key client meetings to support the deal process and help winning the corporate accounts.

6. Supervise and motivate the Sales Team to obtain set objectives for account planning, customer prospecting and customer satisfaction.

7. Identifying potential corporate clients and closing pan India tie-ups.

8. Manage client relationship to ensure revenue growth and inquiry of new service.

9. Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, connecting with key business executives.

10. Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement effective corporate communication.

11. Act as an entrepreneur and drive the business with the full ownership.

12. Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job.

**Educational Qualification**

Ideally a graduate / post-graduate in Sociology / Social Work / Psychology, Development
