**Job Description / Responsibilities**

1. Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.

2. Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards

3. Maintain daily records, reports and registers.

4. Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards.

5. Protect the people and property

6. Securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors.

7. Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization.

8. Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.

9. Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.

10. Conducts briefings at the start of new shifts to inform Security Officers of pertinent information regarding campus and safety/ security matters.

1. 12th, Any Graduation

2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in same profile

3. Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.

4. Skill in dealing courteously with the public

Experience

Minimum 5 Years

**Compensation Offered**

Upto 2.5 lacs CTC.(Depend on current CTC)

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
