Commerce Faculty

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Commerce Subjects**:

- Conducting engaging and interactive classes for Class XI and XII students in accounts, business studies, and economics.
- Developing comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with CUET and board exam syllabi.
- Providing personalized attention to students to ensure understanding and mastery of concepts.
- Assessing student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and examinations.
- **Office Administration**:

- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Handling inquiries from students, parents, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining records, files, and databases accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinating with other faculty members and administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Counseling**:

- Providing guidance and support to students regarding academic and personal matters.
- Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to address student concerns, academic performance, and career aspirations.
- Creating a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel comfortable seeking advice and assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts, business studies, and economics curriculum for CUET and board exams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office administration tasks such as managing records, handling inquiries, and coordinating schedules.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach towards student counseling.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
