We are hiring Office Assistant
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain filing systems and update records as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks as required
- Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports, etc.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Must have completed 12th or graduation degree
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Location: Tharekad, Palakkad
**Salary**: INR 7,000 - 8,000 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
