Assistant Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives across all branches.

2. Support marketing initiatives to promote the burger cafes and maintain brand consistency.

3. Aid in managing sales activities and contribute to strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.

4. Assist with maintaining financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and financial health monitoring.

5. Support human resources functions, such as recruitment, training coordination, and employee relations.

6. Assist in overseeing kitchen processes to uphold food quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations.

7. Assist in purchasing activities, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement optimization.

8. Aid in implementing inventory management protocols to monitor stock levels and optimize reordering.

9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and compliance requirements.

10. Contribute to customer care initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

11. Support branding efforts to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in a relevant operational role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry and a focus on customer satisfaction.
