**Job Purpose**:
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting staff across various departments. **3. Record Keeping and Documentation**
- Maintain and update records related to attendance, employee information, and office assets.

**4. Vendor and Facility Management**
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
