As a Solar Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar energy systems.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Install solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems.

2. Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.

3. Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar power systems.

4. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar installations.

5. Conduct regular maintenance on solar panels to ensure optimal performance.

6. Collaborate with team members to design and implement efficient solar energy solutions.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology.

8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and related equipment.

3. Familiarity with electrical wiring and basic electrical principles.

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights when necessary.

7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
