As a** Product Owner**, you will be working with our SaaS provider. You will lead the integration and management of the SaaS platform vendor, GoldenSource. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation, optimisation and expansion of the SaaS securities master platform to BH’s specific data requirements to fulfil the business’ objectives.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Product Vision and Strategy**:

- Define and communicate the business strategy and roadmap for the SaaS platform implementation.
- Align the product strategy with the business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements feedback and insights.
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable user stories and product requirements.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value delivery for the client.

**Product Development and Integration**:

- Lead Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings to facilitate the agile development process.
- Ensure that the SaaS development team clearly understands BH’s product requirements and priorities.

**Product performance and optimisation**:

- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from internal clients to inform future iterations and enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise product functionality, usability, and client satisfaction.

**Documentation and Training**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documents, including user guides, release notes and FAQs.
- Provide or facilitate training and support to the client’s internal teams to ensure effective product adoptions and usage.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- ** 3+ years** of experience as a **Product Owner/Product Manager** in the Financial Technology sector focusing on securities data management.
- ** 3+ years **of prior understanding and experience of an extensive range of financial asset classes and instrument static/reference data, from Bonds and CDS to ETFs, Futures, Options, and Equities.
- ** 3+ years** of experience in **SaaS platforms**, **financial markets** and **securities data**.
- ** 3+ years** of experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. **Scrum, Kanban, JIRA**).
- Prior experience working with a data vendor in providing daily oversight and management of day-to-day operations.
- Prior working experience in the Securities Master platform is essential.
- Familiarity with AWS, Python and Kafka is desirable.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial.
- Should be a natural leader, self-starter, logical thinker, and quick learner and have a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
