We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Girl to join our team. The Counter Sales Girl will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. **Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the sales counter.

Provide information about products, promotions, and pricing to customers.

Listen to customer needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.

Process customer orders, including taking orders, inputting them into the system, and providing order status updates.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company policies and procedures.

Keep track of inventory levels and report low stock items to the supervisor or manager.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

Assist with merchandise returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.

Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on product features, benefits, and uses.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-centric attitude.

Attention to detail and the ability to keep the sales counter area organized.

Knowledge of the products or services offered by the company is a plus.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

**Experience**:
2 to 3years

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
