Job Title: Odia Transcriptionist

Location: Bhopal, India

Job Description: We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Odia Transcriptionists to transcribe audio and video recordings in the Odia language accurately. As a Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for converting spoken Odia content into written form, ensuring high-quality and error-free transcriptions. Your work will play a crucial role in enabling effective communication and documentation for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to audio and video recordings in the Odia language and transcribe them into written form.
- Accurately capture dialogue, speech, and other auditory elements, ensuring proper formatting and grammar.
- Review and edit transcriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Follow provided guidelines and instructions to maintain quality standards.
- Adhere to project deadlines and deliver completed transcriptions within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Report any technical issues or challenges faced during the transcription process.
- Continuously improve transcription skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in spoken and written Odia language.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to comprehend various accents and dialects in Odia.
- Strong command of English to ensure accurate translations, if required.
- Previous experience in transcription or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Comfortable working with audio/video files and using transcription software.

Education and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in transcription is a plus.
