**Designation: BIM Architect / BIM Draftsman**

**Qualification: B. Arch / M. Arch / Architectural Draftsman**

**Desired Experience: 5+ years.**

**Key Skills**:

- Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly
- Coordinate with general contractor and other trades and provided 3D coordination.
- Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained
- Interact with the client as well as other stakeholder to provide all the detailed construction documents.
- Articulate the opportunity by making a detailed line presentation of business models.
- Develop project parameters, templates, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Manage the overall process as Project coordinator by solving combing of all discipline’s coordination issues.
- Ensure all the aspects required for necessary testing are complete and subsequent information is reported.
- Provide Revit Architecture / BIM Fundamental and Intermediate training to staff and technical orientation for analyze and provide best solution to the client.
- BIM Implementation on Small
- & Large-Scale Projects.
- Understand requirements of different RIBA stages (LODs, LOIs, etc.)
- BIM project delivery of all sizes including large & complex Civil Infrastructure
- Coordinate process experience including working with consultants using multiple platforms
- Should have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as PAS 1192-2: 2013 and BS 1192: 2007
- Knowledge of UK Level 2 BIM Standards will be additional advantage

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
