- Effective communication and expectation setting with relevant stakeholders in the Regions & Operations teams regarding expected quality and timelines on delivery. Evaluate and recommend new methods, materials, and equipment for use in medical illustration. Follow standards and guidelines for consistency with corporate visual identity. Effectively follow review/approval process to obtain approvals and signatures for projects and create videos and explore opportunities for innovation in design. Drive virtual collaboration and leverage digital tools to develop and maintain strong remote relations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the content design and content creation processes and tools.**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or any equivalent course in graphic design.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of graphic design experience required.
- Experience in developing PPT presentations, Interactive PDFs and Videos.
- Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Good team player with communication and stakeholder management skills.

The team consists of highly motivated medical advisors, project managers, scientific advisors and publication managers working together with HQ, regions, and affiliates across the world.
