**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls:

- Proactively make outbound calls to a database of potential leads.
- Answer all the calls for enquiries.

Counseling and Guidance:

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Offer information on various study programs, universities, and countries.
- Address queries related to admissions, visa processes, and other relevant aspects.

Application Assistance:

- Ensure that all required documents, such as transcripts and recommendation letters, are properly organized and submitted on time.
- Provide guidance on standardized tests and language proficiency requirements.

Application Conversion:

- Discern customer needs and customize product presentations to effectively address those needs.

Follow up:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.

Communication and Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions abroad to stay updated on admission criteria and program details.

Visa Process Support:

- Provide assistance in preparing visa documents and preparing students for visa interviews.

Orientation and Pre-departure Support:

- Conduct orientation sessions for students accepted into study abroad programs.
- Offer pre-departure support to help students prepare for cultural and academic adjustments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, counseling, international relations).

Language Proficiency:

- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Additional proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in student counseling, particularly in the context of study abroad programs, is preferred.
- Familiarity with the education systems of various countries is a plus.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to students and parents.

Cultural Awareness:

- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the challenges faced by international students.
- Ability to adapt and relate to the cultural background of the students.

Tech-Savvy:

- Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with usage of CRMs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
