We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect (Draftsman) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawings**: Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- **CAD Proficiency**: Utilize advanced CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models.
- **Building Codes and Standards**: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and industry standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design solutions.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and understand project requirements.
- **Detailing**: Develop detailed construction drawings, including material specifications and assembly instructions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.), strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, and knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- **Design Skills**: Ability to interpret architectural concepts and translate them into clear and concise drawings.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all drawings and documentation.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Education and Experience**: Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field, and 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
