**Job Summary**:
The RCM Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new and existing employees in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. This role involves developing and implementing training materials, facilitating learning sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs to ensure the team is proficient in healthcare billing, claims processing, and AR follow-up.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver training programs on RCM processes, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, AR follow-up, and denial management.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and online resources for RCM staff.
- Conduct training needs assessments and customize training content to suit the needs of the employees.
- Provide ongoing training to new hires as well as refresher courses for existing staff.
- Use real-life case studies and role-playing to enhance understanding of complex RCM processes.
- Stay up to date with industry changes, regulations, and best practices in healthcare billing and share relevant updates with the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Operations teams to identify areas of improvement and integrate them into training.
- Mentor and coach employees to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to organizational policies.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end RCM process, including healthcare billing, claims, insurance follow-up, and denial management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex processes into simple, understandable terms.
- Experience with EHR systems and RCM software such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to monitor and assess the progress of trainees.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding.
- Experience in US healthcare systems.
- Experience in a similar training role within the healthcare industry.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
