As a Telesales Executive at our e-commerce tyre company, you will be responsible for driving sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. Your primary goal will be to promote our range of tyres, convert leads into sales, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience.

**Job Title**:. Telesales Executive( E-commerce:Business-to-Consumer (B2C))

**Employment type**: Full-time, Permanent.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tyre options based on their requirements.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- **Fluency in English and Hindi language is mandatory.**
- **High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.**
- Familiarity with tyre products and basic automotive knowledge is advantageous.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and product information.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to sales.

**Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent **with minimum 1 year related experience**.
