**Job Description: Back Office Assistant**
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases.
- **Documentation**: Managing and organizing paperwork, including invoices, contracts, reports, and other business documents.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of transactions, interactions, and other relevant information.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with other departments or external parties as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing administrative assistance to other team members or departments as needed, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing materials.
- **Quality Assurance**: Reviewing documents, data, and records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or in related fields preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
