Job Title: Scrum Master - LWYD Interactive

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master at LWYD Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining agile methodologies within our digital agency, fostering a collaborative and productive environment for our cross-functional teams. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Daily Stand-up Meetings: Conduct daily stand-up meetings to keep the team aligned, focused, and motivated towards achieving sprint goals. Remove any impediments or blockers that may hinder the team's progress.

2. Agile Process Implementation: Implement and maintain agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices throughout the organization.

3. Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Encourage open communication, feedback, and knowledge sharing among team members.

4. Sprint Planning and Execution: Lead sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Work closely with the product owner and development team to prioritize tasks, set sprint goals, and deliver high-quality products within designated timelines.

5. Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any impediments or conflicts that may arise during the sprint. Act as a servant-leader, providing support and guidance to the team to overcome challenges and deliver successful outcomes.

6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress. Generate reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating team achievements.

7. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and implementing actionable feedback to enhance team performance and efficiency.

8. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a digital agency or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
