Shall lead a team of Lead Engineers, Engineers and draftspersons to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

**2.0 Technical Expertise**:He / She shall have profound knowledge in fundamental aspects and main characteristics of current battery technologies and relate them to battery parameters (like Round Trip efficiency, Cycle Life, etc.). He/ She should leverage the parameters to arrive at the most optimum sizes of the batteries. Should have deep understanding of Bi-directional inverter operation, control and integration with battery systems. Familiarity with DC/DC converter operation, some experience in designing or modeling power conversion devices is a plus. Should have hands-on experience working on software like MATLAB, HOMER, Dig SILENT, ETAP, PSCAD, etc.,

**3.0 Education & Experience Required**:1. Post-Graduation in Power Systems / Power Electronics / Systems Engineering 2. PhD in above areas is a plus 3. Minimum 14+ years of experience in the areas of Renewable Energy Systems like Solar PV, Battery Storage, Wind Energy Systems.
