Fashion Designer

Design Development: Create original designs and collections that align with the boutique's brand identity and target market. Research current fashion trends, analyze customer preferences, and develop concepts that reflect the boutique's aesthetic.
- Sketching and Illustration: Produce detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings to communicate design ideas. Use digital tools or traditional techniques to visually represent garment designs, including color, silhouette, fabric choice, and embellishments.
- Pattern Making and Garment Construction: Develop patterns and prototypes for garments. Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to ensure accurate fit, functionality, and quality of the final products. Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired design and fit.
- Material Sourcing and Selection: Identify and source fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with the boutique's design concept and quality standards. Consider factors such as fabric texture, color, print, and durability while adhering to the boutique's budget and pricing strategy.
- Production Coordination: Collaborate with the boutique's production team to ensure timely and efficient production of designs. Provide clear instructions and specifications for production, and maintain communication with manufacturers to ensure that design elements are accurately translated into the final products.
- Trend Analysis and Market Research: Stay informed about current fashion trends, industry developments, and customer preferences. Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for unique and marketable designs.
- Merchandising and Styling: Collaborate with the boutique's merchandising team to plan and curate the product assortment. Provide input on styling and visual merchandising to create compelling displays that highlight the design and aesthetic of the boutique.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the boutique's sales team, stylists, and marketing personnel to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Participate in meetings, provide design guidance, and contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards throughout the design and production process. Conduct thorough inspections of samples and final products to ensure they meet the boutique's quality requirements and customer expectations.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Boutique fashion designers often work in fast-paced environments where they may be required to multitask and handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing design priorities and customer demands are essential.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
