**We have a huge Opening for the Position of Relationship Manager (Banca Channel )**

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Work on Leads provided by the company
- Create Business opportunities from the open market
- On fieldwork to reach maximum customer
- Have to follow a need-based business model
- Maintaining a good relationship with customers and management
- Organizing various activities & events for generating leads.

**Skills**:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of statistics and attention to detail.
- Good project management and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of statistical tools like Excel, & any visualization tool ( Tableau, etc).
- Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Age: 21 to 38 years.

**Salary**: ₹325,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
