Job Description for the role of Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products or services.

Listen attentively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
