**Initiating outbound calls** to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- **Answering incoming calls** from customers seeking assistance or information.
- **Documenting** all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- **Following up** on initial contacts.
- **Maintaining customer/potential customer data** bases.
- **Managing and resolving customer complaints**.
- **Identifying and escalating priority issues**.
- **Completing call logs and reports**.
