QA Manual Tester

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Manual Software Tester** to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Analyze test results, report bugs, and provide recommendations for improving product quality.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time with high-quality results.
- Work closely with the QA team to continuously improve testing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
